elcome to the new Tashanda website which we have finally launched after 6 long months! It was an arduous task and a steep learning curve but well worth the effort to help us meet our long term goals. We’d like to say a big thank you for all your support during the three years we operated on the old website which we started on a shoe string budget with just one or two product lines.

You have encouraged us through your e-mails and blog comments comments to continue our work and we promise to introduce you to new products and artisans throughout Zimbabwe. We’ll be updating the website as often as possible with new products, new stories (via our blog), along with photos and videos for you to enjoy.

Our new design gives us more opportunity to feature our most exciting work front and center. We are excited about our new site and hope you will find all the information you are looking for here quickly and easily. Some of the things you can do are:

• View a snapshot of our featured products on the home page – previously we showed only one item at a time • View alternative views of each products as well as alternative products you may also like, all on the same page • View close ups of each product • Tell a friend about our site

In addition we have expanded our product descriptions and linked them to our blog where applicable, so you can read more about the source of the item you want to purchase.
